Arbutus is a genus of 12 accepted species of flowering plants in the family Ericaceae, native to warm temperate regions of the Mediterranean, western Europe, the Canary Islands and North America. Photography has become my passion in these last two decades. I'm really drawn to older objects, vehicles, and buildings, in which I see the beauty of rust and decay, but I also enjoy animals, flowers, trees, rocks, landscapes, and so many aspects of nature. I also enjoy architectural features, outdoor art, charming scenes, and unusual things. Living in California and now in Wisconsin has provided many fine things and places to capture, but I have also been fortunate enough to travel to some interesting places that have provided plenty of photographic opportunities.
