Description
As the night train rolls by,a lone man enjoys his view. Many would consider his lifestyle unfit, however he is content. This man is happiest by a campfire with a pot of beans simmering. His greatest luxury is a plug of tobacco for his pipe. Tonight will be a night of rest, tomorrow he will hit the rails..

Sweetie, I have been studying this piece and have reached some conclusions. First, check out the cloud formation in the center...I see some haunting human faces. Do you see them? Over the top of the highest peak the top cloud resembles a bucking bronc, huh? Directly over the peak I see a gorilla walking on all fours as a wolf stares down at him. I hope you don`t think I`m a crazy old fart....check it out yourself....I love this beauty
Lori Lafevers replied:

Incredible work Lori, put`s me in mind of Roger Millers "King Of The Road". This beautiful painting is so free and peaceful. Of course, the sign on the tree, the carving on the tree and the little eyes scopin` out the scene bring this piece together like a jigsaw puzzle. Wear your gold medal proudly l.v.f.
Lori Lafevers replied:
Wow,Dave! Thank you,for being the sweet person you are. Love that you take time to appreciate the small details. I will gladly accept this gold medal!!☺
