‘Square Circle Ellipse’ is a stainless steel kinetic sculpture stabile with juxtaposing geometric elements of circles, squares, and a large elliptical element centered that ties the composition together. The piece is set in motion by hand winding that presents an enchanting dance for over an hour. Gleaming hand-spun brushwork on the surfaces reflect and refract light as the lively piece turns and intersects. The flared base is powder coated in black.
